Onboarding Down
in the Valley

Getting to know each other, understanding, moving: the first days of training ensure a smooth arrival. During onboarding, you get to know the company from the very beginning: values, products, structures and what exactly is the Orange Spirit? Team building and the first joint trainee excursion let you in on the orange spirit from the very start. Welcome aboard!

High expectations for the mountain roads.

Finance department or creative thinking? Rotate through the relevant departments during your training and discover your personal strengths and preferences. See yourself in responsible tasks and your own projects. Given a certain business need or technical competency, you also have the chance to change location: icunet works in 16 different offices worldwide. You can experience our products up close: observation or the support of an intercultural training at close range!

Secure. Orange Benefits Along The Way.

Carrying the right orange benefits ensure a happy and motivated ascent. You can even go abroad for an exchange program!

Briefing at Basecamp.

Feedback means progress. This enables individual support and challenges. Giving feedback is as important as taking feedback. The mutual exchange offers space for constructive criticism, praise, challenges and wishes in both directions – from the trainee to the team / training manager and vice versa. Apprentice meetings on a weekly basis help with capacity and resource planning.

Fit for the way home.

Fit for Orange is our health motto. Where does it come from? Directly from our trainees. You can be responsible for internal health management, organize the health days, provide information about current health trends and more. We also guarantee fire protection and occupational safety from the bottom-up. What does that mean exactly? It is not the management that is pointing the way here, but the trainees.

To the summit.

With us, trainees learn how important teamwork is. Planning and organising company events strengthens young people in responsibility, planning reliability and creativity. Togetherness is strengthened by monthly barbecues, team outings and joint lunch breaks.

The View From The Top.

Development is both demanded and encouraged. The personal progress over the entire training period, your “way up” is considered and evaluated. The aim is to train you to become a responsible employee and finally to be offered a permanent job. We did it! Now you can really take off in your professional life.
