Personal Profile Dr. Fritz Audebert
After his primary school years in Eggenfelden, Dr. Fritz Audebert attended the Kurfürst-Maximilian Gymnasium in Burghausen and then trained as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant at Pollozek in Pfarrkirchen. After completing his bachelor’s, he studied administrative economics at the Fachhochschule Hof, after which Audebert worked as office manager at the Simbach forestry office. Inspired by intercultural differences through assignments abroad as a project manager in Ecuador, Colombia, Peru and Brazil, Audebert was one of the first to study language, economic and cultural studies at the University of Passau and then went to Russia for a year as an employee of a German company. After returning to the University of Passau, where he worked as an assistant to Prof. Dr. Klaus Dirscherl from 1996 to 1999, Audebert founded the kuwi netzwerk international e.V. in 1995, which has since become the largest alumni association of a single degree program. He was also involved as coordinator of the study program Languages, Economic and Cultural Studies. After completing his doctorate on the subject of “The Time Factor in International Television Advertising”, he founded ICUnet.AG in 2001 and has been its CEO ever since. He is also chairman of “Impulse für Passau e.V.”, the “Neuburger Gesprächskreis” at the University of Passau, supervisory board member of Caritas für Stadt und Landkreis Passau e.V., advisory board member of the AOK management in Passau and board member of the AOK Bayern. Dr. Audebert is also ambassador of Lower Bavaria, initiator of the annual congress #rethinkeurope and member of juries of several business plan competitions.
Personal Profile Samuel Audebert
Samuel Audebert is Vice President Global Innovation. Together with his team, he manages all global innovation projects – from ideation to market launch. The focus is on systemic and integral organizational consulting, learning & development, data mining and digitization.
He has been supporting icunet for more than 7 years in building up the consulting methodology and developing digital tools and apps.
Samuel Audebert studied economics at the Free University of Berlin alongside years of international experience in Australia.
As founder and partner of a successful marketing consultancy, he manages the marketing and PR department of icunet in addition to the innovation incubator. He holds a Micro Master degree in Design Thinking from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has many years of experience in UX/UI design.
Personal Profile Martin Schwarz
Martin Schwarz is Head of Finance of the ICUnet Group. He is responsible for the strategic planning and operative implementation of all finance and controlling processes of the group. Together with his team, he manages the overall budget, tax obligations and corporate accounting of the entire organization and its subsidiaries. He has been with the company since July 2020.
Martin Schwarz has extensive management experience in various industries, including as commercial director and managing director. With his holistic understanding of all operational and strategic issues relevant to the management of the company, he complements the management team of ICUnet. In addition to a classical training as industrial clerk, a further training as industrial business administrator, Mr. Schwarz holds a Master of Science in the field of purchasing & supply chain management.
Personal Profile Sascha Meißner
Sascha Meißner manages the business of ICU Global Mobility GmbH together with Stephanie Reckmann (VP Operations). As a member of management and in his position as Vice President Sales, he is responsible for all sales and marketing activities in Europe and leads a multinational and interdisciplinary team of sales experts and marketing specialists. His primary goal is to consistently align communication, processes and digital applications to the needs of the customer. At icunet group, the customer-centered approach is rolled out company-wide and linked across all corporate divisions.
Personal Profile Marinda Seisenberger
Marinda Seisenberger, born in South Africa, is head of the human resources department for the ICUnet Group. As a member of the management team and true to her motto “A company’s employees are its greatest asset”, Ms. Seisenberger and her team are responsible for all personnel matters in Germany and abroad. Ms. Seisenberger has been with the company since 2010, initially as an external trainer, consultant and business coach. After she hung up her entrepreneur gloves and closed her school for language and intercultural training after 14 years, Ms. Seisenberger continued coaching, training and consulting with the company and after 18 months took over the leading role of the team of trainers, coaches and consultants for ICUnet.
Ms. Seisenberger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communication and is a trained high school teacher. She also holds several degrees as a coach, is a certified public relations specialist and Certified Professional Speaker (GSA). Ms. Seisenberger is the author of several publications, including “Expat the Easy Way – Live and Work Successfully wherever you are” and “Vielfältig, voraus, vernetzt: The new insurance world”.
Personal Profile Mathias Taubert
Mathias Taubert is responsible for Training & Human Resources Development and Business Consulting within icunet. His mission is to support people in developing their diversity and potential in a changing work environment. For this purpose Mathias and his team of 20 employees develop customized solutions in the field of personnel development and consulting. With the systemic-integral methodology, he has been in charge of developing an innovative approach that supports the cultural change in companies in a targeted manner.
Mathias himself has been working for icunet as a trainer and consultant since 2004 and was responsible for setting up the icunet office in Frankfurt. In the meantime, he was sales manager and strategic buyer for bio raw materials in South America and Germany for several years before taking over the management of Business Consulting GmbH in 2018.
Mathias studied languages, business and cultural studies in Passau and speaks fluent English, Spanish and French in addition to his native German.
Personal Profile Stephanie Reckmann
Stephanie Reckmann heads the Global Mobility Business Unit of icunet with a team of 45 employees. Her focus is on operational excellence, digitalization and global mobility strategy & policy transformation.
She brings to icunet extensive experience and expertise from over 22 years of responsible activity in International HR & Global Mobility Management in both corporate and medium-sized structures as well as consulting.
After studying business administration at the University of Passau, she started her career as a trainee at ThyssenKrupp Elevator. In the following years she held various specialist and management positions with a focus on International HR at PwC, Metro, Ferrostaal and Merck, including 15 years as Head of Global Mobility.
Her main responsibilities included the conception of a global mobility strategy and policy, the management of shared service centers, the implementation of outsourcing solutions, global vendor management and responsibility for compliance & governance.
Stephanie Reckmann speaks German and English. She also has basic knowledge of Spanish and French.
Personal Profile Daniel Niebauer
As Vice President Digital Services, Daniel Niebauer is responsible for icunet’s information technology and product development. Mr. Niebauer has been with the company since 2014 and is responsible for the strategic and operational development of software and digital products worldwide, digital transformation and the topics technological innovation as well as process optimization and automation.
During his professional career of more than 15 years in various specialist and management positions in corporations and medium-sized companies, his main tasks included strategic and operational planning, conception, implementation and operation of software products and solutions, development and implementation of strategies in the context of digital transformation as well as the management of local and global development teams including outsourcing and vendor management.
Daniel Niebauer speaks German and English.
