What does VUCA even mean?

The environment for organizations today change every minute. Be it a global value chain, complex problem solutions or trouble spots such as the COVID-19 virus – the challenges and requirements are volatile (V = volatile), uncertain (U = uncertain), complex (C = complex) and ambiguous (A = ambigous). Employees and managers of today and tomorrow work in this field of tension.
